Questions: - What's the diff between org chart and position org chart? - When allowing multiple employees in a position, where do you indicate how many? - No place to indicate. It's either 1 or unlimited. It's not best practice to allow multiple employees for one position. Rather, create clones of the position.

SAP SF Performance and Goal Management

Questions: - Metrics : all compared subjectively? Can you do automated tracking of progress? - If you change the scale for a form, will previous reviews using that form use that scale too? Or only moving forward? If it is retroactive, what is the best practice to deal with this? - You can't edit the form once created, to avoid conflict. Just clone the form and change details - Calibration templates -> Why don't we use the compensation option? - What is "Launch Form"? Is it the trigger for a performance review? - What is an "En Route Copy" in the Launch Form function?
Comments: - They should explain more of the "Why" and not just demo the system. - Don't just say "we don't use that". Explain why not. - They should tell a singular store and use the same sample data across all functions. Also use values that are realistic (i.e. if it's a textfield length, don't put a maximum of 5 characters) so we can better understand how it's used. - Show the process first through the eyes of an employee and manager, before showing how to customize it as a consultant. - Why is the demo system not fully functional? Is it the case, or did they just not prepare sample data properly?
