Gochujang Chicken & Rice

  • 1/2 Chicken Breast: Sliced into bite-sized pieces.

  • 1 cup White Rice: Your primary fuel for the heavy lifting.

  • 2 handfuls Green Beans: For volume and fiber.

  • The Sauce: Mix 1 tbsp Gochujang, 1 tsp Soy Sauce, a splash of Vinegar, and a pinch of Sugar.

Instructions:

  1. Sauté Garlic and Ginger in a tiny bit of butter or the fat from one slice of Pancetta.

  2. Add the Chicken and brown it.

  3. Add the Green Beans to the pan to flash-cook them with the meat.

  4. Pour the Gochujang mixture over everything and toss until it becomes a sticky, red glaze.

  5. Serve over the Rice and garnish with Green Onions.
